REFUND POLICY

3-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items with Unboxing Video

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 3-day return policy specifically for damaged items, subject to certain conditions.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. Damage: The item must be damaged upon arrival.
2. Unboxing Video: You must have an unboxing video of the item clearly showing the damage. This video will be required as proof.
3. Timeframe: You must request a return within 3 days after receiving your item.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect your order upon reception.
2. If you discover any damage, create an unboxing video that clearly shows the issue.
3. Contact us immediately at sarashapee@gmail.com, providing the unboxing video as proof of the damage.
4. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that this policy applies exclusively to damaged items with a valid unboxing video. We do not accept returns for any other reasons. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Order Cancel

If you cancel the order and the status of the order is dispatch then the order will not be cancelled.
If the parcel has been dispatched, there will be no refund. Then you will get the parcel only.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and evaluated your return. If the return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
